I'm delighted to let you know that I have set up our first Regional Heart Testing Day for the South East for Sunday 11th May. This will be with Sheena Milne, (approved by Serena), North Downs Veterinary Group, Greyfriars Farm on the Hogs Back (A31), just off the A3 at Guildford.
The set up is the same as usual with us all sharing the cost of the day, divided by the number of dogs and the cost will be the same as Serena's. All results will be sent through to Serena as usual.
Please let me know ASAP if you'd like to book your dogs in. This is the first day we've organised specifically for the South East and if there's sufficient demand for it will run another day in the Autumn. The aim is to get to those dogs that are not going to be tested at shows, as well as offering a more convenient location and environment for those that are tested on a regular basis.
If you know of pet owners in the area who might also like to take up this opportunity, (or breeders I haven't included on the list), please let me know and get them to contact me by email and phone.
We are particularly keen to be testing older dogs, so if you have any veterans, (dogs that is!), we'd love to see them and this is a good environment for them to be tested in - Sheena is delightful and a very doggy person herself, and has her own dogs at the surgery with her.
I am hoping to have a few other Regional days set up soon, so have not done a mass mailing yet, but if you know of someone who might like to join in with this, please let them know.
